Pre-order Items 

Please take note of the specified dates for shipping pre-order items. If your order includes multiple items, including pre-order items, we will ship them all together once the pre-order items are ready. If you wish to have other items shipped before that, we kindly request you to place a separate order.

 

Processing Time

Our goal is to process your order within 1-3 business days. However, it's important to keep in mind that there might be some unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you have any specific requests, such as a preferred delivery date, please inform us by leaving a note during checkout or sending us an email. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number. Please be aware that it may take 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If you do not receive this email, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@retroandsummer.com.

    

Estimated Shipping Time   

Our utmost priority is to offer our valued customers precise shipping estimates. Please note that delivery times may differ based on your location.

For Canada and the United States, the estimated shipping time ranges from 1 to 15 business days. For international orders (outside CA & US), the estimated shipping time will take 10-30 business days depending on the shipping selection.

We kindly request your understanding in the unlikely scenario of any customs or courier delays that might affect the scheduled delivery time-frame. During peak holiday seasons, occasional delays may occur due to the high volume of shipments. We genuinely appreciate your patience and confidence in our shipping policies.

 

Import Customs and Taxes
